This is a 54-page collection of original documents, charts, cheat sheets and Plant monographs which I am offering to you in the hope that they will serve you as you cultivate a confident working relationship with the Plant Folk you are in community with.
You will find blank formulation templates, dosage charts, blank record keeping templates, preparation and technique cheat sheets and a variety of other helpful resources. There are also 15 ‘starter monographs’ which have proven to be very supportive for my students. Each one has some of the basic information about that Plant already filled in with prompts for further exploration and ample space for recording your studies.
This is in no way offered as a comprehensive encyclopedia!! The intention is that the lovingly made resources will add ease and beauty to your work and supplement your learning. You can keep everything in a binder or notebook, you can also print out and laminate various charts or infographics and hang them around your home or apothecary.
